This is the poster of 2nd open recruitment member of AIESEC in Surabaya (Indonesia) 1415 or usually we call it by AIESEC Fair. While making this poster, my memories come. I remember the first time why I join this organization. Actually I am a silent girl (hehehe), so I want to learn how to communicate with others in a good way, learn how to adapt with the people with different background and sharing about experience or information.
After I took the form, I realize that the submission deadline is the next day. Unfortunately, I have a lot of homework also. I try so hard to divide my time and finally I could finish both.
Then after some days, the light comes. At that time, I was doing my laboratory report in my friend's room while my phone ringing. That chat is from my friend who give me the link of announcement. And, I PASSED!! Yeahh!!
..but I worried about interview and FGD (Forum Group Discussion)..
My english is not really good. And the worst thing is the day of interview and FGD is same with the day of seminar that held by my friends and me. The challenge come!! The time for seminar is start from 8am until 1pm and my interview & FGD is start at 9am until 10am. AND the distance between those venue is not near!!

About my english??
I though about how my english can be understood by them, not think about my grammar. I tried to speak clearly and fluently and make sure that they didn't misunderstand nor miscommunication with what I have said. hehehe.
